Florence Map: Every Sight, Free Spot and Named Place We Cover
This Florence map puts every place the guide covers on one screen: the ticketed sights with their official adult price, the free ones, the five neighbourhoods, and the food spots we can name because a published guide lists them. Filter by category, tap a pin for the price and the page that explains it, or open any point in Google Maps and walk there. The wider planning picture is on the Florence city guide homepage.
Quick answer How to use this map, in three lines
Forty-five pins in four colours: terracotta for ticketed sights, green for free ones, gold for the food places a published guide vouches for, grey for the neighbourhoods.

- Nine of the sights cost nothing — the green pins make a free day plannable at a glance
The Map
Numbered pins, filterable by category. The list below the map is the same set in text, grouped the same way — every place links to its own page on this site and to Google Maps for directions.

Florence Map: Questions
Can I download this map for offline use?
Not as a file — but every pin has an Open in Google Maps link, and Google Maps lets you download the whole Florence area offline: open the app, search Florence, tap Download. The staying connected page covers data and wifi if you would rather stay online.
How walkable is the area this map covers?
The historic centre pins sit inside roughly two square kilometres — most walks between them are 5 to 20 minutes. The exceptions are Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato (uphill, 25–30 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio) and Fiesole, which is a bus 7 ride from Piazza della Libertà.
Why do some pins show no price?
Grey neighbourhood pins are areas, not venues. Food pins show a price only where the venue publishes one — most trattorie do not, and this site never invents a figure. The sourcing rule is explained on where to eat.
Are the day trips on this map?
No — Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Bologna, the Cinque Terre and the wine country sit well outside this frame. Each has its own page with its own map, indexed on day trips.
How current are the prices on the pins?
Each price is the official adult fare read from the venue's own site on the date printed on that venue's page — the pin repeats it for convenience. If a pin and a page ever disagree, the page is the source of truth; the tickets index is rechecked most often.
